Crystal在加入星寵動物醫院前，她在一間船務公司工作。她從小十分喜歡各種珍禽異獸，當她不用工作時，她喜歡和她的盾臂龜及鸚鵡一起享受日光浴。能夠每天接觸到不同的動物是她喜歡在星寵動物醫院工作的原因。

Crystal worked at a shipping company before joining Zodiac. She is in love with many kinds of exotic animals, especially parrots, since she was young. She loves to go out with her supersized Sulcata tortoise and her parrots to take the sun bath when she is not at work. Meeting lots of different animals is the reason why she enjoys working at Zodiac.
